What SignaFlow is

An online service to create and maintain a company’s email signatures: team directory, branded templates, campaign banners with click tracking and, if Google Workspace is connected, publishing the signatures to Gmail. It is meant for businesses and professionals, not consumers.

Price and payment

One plan: €89 per year, VAT (21%) included. Payment is by card through Stripe when the free trial ends and then at the start of each new year. You will receive the invoice by email.

Free trial

The first 7 days are free. You add your card when you subscribe, but nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, the first year (€89, VAT included) is charged, unless you have cancelled before from the dashboard; then nothing is charged and access ends with the trial.

The free trial is one per company.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically every year. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Subscription): cancelling stops the next renewal and the service stays available until the end of the year already paid.

If the price changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the renewal, so you can cancel if you are not interested.

Use of the service

The customer company is responsible for the data it uploads and for having permission to use it, for the content of its signatures and banners, and for the links in its campaigns being lawful. SignaFlow may not be used to send unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Personal data of the team (data processing)

By uploading its team’s data, the customer company is the controller of that processing and SignaFlow acts as processor (Article 28 GDPR). Accordingly, SignaFlow:

• processes that data only to provide the service and following the customer company’s instructions;
• requires confidentiality from anyone who accesses it and applies appropriate security measures;
• only uses the providers listed in the privacy policy, and will give notice before adding others;
• helps the customer company respond to data subjects’ requests and will report any security breach without delay;
• when the service ends, returns or deletes the data as the customer company instructs, unless the law requires keeping it.

The customer company can export its directory and data as CSV from the dashboard at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. SignaFlow’s liability to the customer company is limited to the amount paid in the previous twelve months, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Eivissa.
